As sometimes little defects or accidents occur, your Peppers sunglasses include an amazing warranty

Here are a few things you should know:

  • The original store of purchase is not responsible for warranty claims. In order to process a warranty you must go through our corporate headquarters.
  • Replacement parts are not available for purchase.
  • Peppers warranty does not cover lost or stolen glasses.
  • Warranty applies to domestic purchases.  (Additional fees may be required to process claims outside of the continental USA) Canadian customers please contact our warranty department to process your warranty (

    To place a warranty claim please send the following to our warranty department:


    1. The damaged sunglasses (do not include cases, cleaning cloths, etc)
    2. A completed Warranty Claim Form, found below.
    3. A copy of your receipt from your original purchase. 
        • A previous warranty packing slip will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Once your glasses have been sent in to the warranty department the $25 fee is required for all future claims
        • Claims will not be processed free of charge without a copy of the original purchase receipt.  If you cannot provide proof of purchase follow the instructions below.


    1. The damaged sunglasses (do not included cases, cleaning cloths, etc)
    2. A completed Warranty Claim Form, found below.
    3. A $25* replacement handling fee, paid via check or money order and made to Peppers Performance Eyeware

    Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

    *Epic Hand Built glasses require a $40 replacement/handling fee

     Warranty does not apply to Chili's Eyegear or Peppers Snow Goggles. 

    Failure to follow the above instructions will delay your claim

    *Peppers never does repairs on glasses sent in for warranty, we always send you out a brand new pair. We will do our best to make sure that you are getting back the same pair you sent in, but once a piece is discontinued we cannot guarantee we will still have one available .  Please view our website and select another similar style you would like from the same price point and collection (ie. Lifestyle, Sport, Metal, Floating.) There may be other colors of your same style available.
     Replacement glasses should be returned to you within two to three weeks via USPS.  In order to process all warranty requests as quickly as possible, we do not provide tracking information.  We will only contact you if there is an issue processing your request.
     Peppers is not responsible for sunglasses that are lost in the mail when being sent in for repair. We recommend using a traceable method when sending in your warranty.
