Peppers order

"I ordered 2 pairs of gamblers, not the frames or colors I wanted, but was some of the very few in stock. I selected the only international freight option, at $77. Label was created quickly, and tracking number issued. 10 days elapsed and nothing changed. Sent 2 emails to peppers and second one was answered indicating UPS lost the order. Your lack of stock is disappointing, but your customer service is deplorable."
